Objectives & Site Considerations
These clients needed power for their full-time house (two person occupancy) with room for occasional visitors. The client would be arranging ac sub-mains electrical connection and internet connection from the system-switchboard to the house-switchboard. The battery system would be installed in a dedicated room within the shed.
Flinders Island is one of the easier islands to access, with a well-established freight and flight schedule. So aside from allowing ample time for the freight to make it to the island via various carriers, and aligning this with flights for the installation team, the project management for this project would be relatively trouble-free.

Project Outcome
By pre-building and testing the system in our workshop prior to installation, we could iron out any component glitches and take on the complex and time-consuming software programming beforehand. The on-site installation was completed seamlessly by our head installer, with a quick turnaround and tidy-looking result.
